Giving Back

Inspiring positive change through generosity.
Meaningful difference
Shaping the
future together
We believe that through generosity - of time, spirit, resources and service - we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Giving is about more than donations; it demonstrates community, compassion and opportunity realised.
Together, we shape a culture of generosity that prepares our students to become not only leaders in their fields, but also caring global citizens who understand the power of giving back.
This commitment reflects our core values of kindness, respect and responsibility, and nurtures the good character and practical wisdom we seek to develop in every student.
SHAPE OUR FUTURE
A culture of generosity
Since our founding, Grammar has been strengthened by the vision and generosity of families and community members who believed the Central Coast deserved an outstanding independent school.
That spirit continues today through the contributions of families, alumni, staff and students.
Giving is not an obligation; it is an opportunity to enrich the lives of others and shape a future filled with possibility.

LOCALLY AND GLOBALLY
How our community gives
Local action
As part of a holistic education, students engage in meaningful service from the earliest years. They support organisations such as Zonta International, the Red Cross and Save the Children, and contribute to local events including the Five Lands Walk, Sunday lunches for the homeless and the Salvation Army Winter Appeal.
In Years 9 and 10, students step into leadership roles, organising donation drives, volunteering time and raising funds. Many initiatives are student-led, including the Environmental Action Group, which champions sustainability and local environmental stewardship.
Global citizenship
Our commitment to giving extends across borders. Through the Cambodia Service Program, students have raised funds and worked alongside local families for more than a decade. Partnerships with Sunrise Children’s Villages and AllKids have evolved from this work, bringing Cambodian students and teachers to our community.
Students respond compassionately to global crises as well. Amnesty International’s Jamnesty, Bands for the Bush, book drives for Lismore schools and appeals supporting the Türkiye–Syria earthquake response are just a few recent examples of their moral courage in action.
