Next CCGS Headmaster Appointed

Phillip O'Regan

We are pleased to announce that Phillip O’Regan has been appointed as the fourth Headmaster of Central Coast Grammar School, to commence in January 2024.

Phillip joins us from Knox Grammar School, where he has held the position of Deputy Headmaster K-12 since 2018. Prior to that he was Deputy Principal at Radford College, a coeducational P-12 school in the ACT.

He is an experienced, strategic and values-driven school leader and educator with the skills, passion and energy to guide CCGS in the next phase of its development. With a career across a breadth of schools and contexts, he has led wellbeing, teaching and learning and professional learning programs for over a decade.

Led by the School Board, CCGS ran a comprehensive and global search to find the right candidate for this critical leadership position. We were delighted by the quality of the applicants from here in NSW and beyond. Phillip was a standout due to his vision and innovation in inspiring, leading and educating young people, staff and school communities.

We look forward to introducing Phillip to Central Coast Grammar School and welcoming him to our School community.
