A waste audit and exploration of the rubbish generated at the school inspired Year 10 students to develop engaging education campaigns and inventive problem solving to encourage waste reduction and reuse.

The waste audit, which included removing, sorting and weighing rubbish, is the first step in establishing a baseline to measure and report on improvements and progress.
